ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Lines Stuck In AWAITING_FULFILLMENT / FULFILLED / SHIPPED Status Even Though shipping lines are interfaced, workflow completed, but lines not closed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect lines to close.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Shipping Transactions / Orders Workbench, Order Organizer > Query the order
3. Unable to progress the workflow
4. See data corruption issue with workflow out of sync
