Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Order Lines Stuck in SHIPPED status even when lines are interfaced to AR, workflow completed, but lines are not closed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect lines to close when shipping is completed and lines data is interfaced to AR

STEPS 

The issue is due to data corruption and cannot be reproduced at will
