Symptoms

Error in API cs_servicerequest_pub.update_servicerequest.

ERROR
-----------------------
Type cannot be updated API Error (CS_SERVICEREQUEST_UTIL.contracts_cross_val): The contract is not valid. Please check the values for the following: service request type, inventory item, instance, account and install site.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create anonymous block using API cs_servicerequest_pub.update_servicerequest.
2. Execute the script to receive stated error.
