BEST PRACTICES:

Run the Receivables Period Close Analyzer before closing the period to proactively identify this issue, as well as many other issues that will prevent you from closing the period.
If you post to multiple EBS subledgers, use the EBS Period Close Process Analyzer for a smoother period close.

Create Accounting is not picking up CM_CREATE Event. Issue is CM_UPDATE stamped in AR tables and is posted to GL, but the CM_CREATE event is orphan.

Credit Memos are showing on the Receivables Period Close Analyzer with CM_CREATE event as not processed.

STEPS
----------
1. Run Create Accounting, invoices are not being selected for processing.
2. Run Receivables Period Close Analyzer, events display.
