E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications DBA, Online Patching ADOP Utilities related issues

After an instance upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.0 and the installation of Online Patching Enablement patch (13543062:R12.AD.C), the Database Compliance Checker (ADZDDBCC.sql) shows invalid objects in different functional E-Business Suite products (INV, WMS, OM, WSH, PO...):
