When attempting to clone the E-Business Suite apps tier via adcfgclone.pl the following error occurs:

/bin/ld: /u01/<sid>/fs1/EBSapps/10.1.2/lib/libclient10.a(kpm.o): direct GOT relocation R_386_GOT32 against '__PGOSF224_kpmhalloc' without base register can not be used when making a shared object
/bin/ld: final link failed: Bad value
