Symptoms

After Upgrade of Oracle e-business suite 11.5.10.2 to 12.2.6  the home button which appears in the JSP pages sometimes does not respond or is missing. It works fine with some JSP but in another JSPs it appear but it does not show as link.

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.2.6
