Navigation Workplan --> Task tab --> View Workplan Cost

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.PA_OLAP_PVT" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.PA_OLAP_PVT"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PJI_REP_UTIL", line 874
ORA-06512: at line 1


Recompiling package returns the following errors

DBMS_CUBE.BUILD must be declared
DBMS_CUBE.IMPORT_XML must be declared
