Terminated Transaction Approver Does Not Display In The Approval Action History

On : 12.1.4 version, Oracle Self-Service Human Resources
The Approver (terminated employee) is not showing in action history after the FND user account associated with the approver is end dated.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Raise a Transaction.
- Transaction approved.
- Terminate the approver.
- Check the action history for approvers.
