BEE Multiple Batches Created For The Same HR API Transaction Id

When accessing browser again (Ex: copying URL, creating new tab and pasting the URL in new tab) after unexpected behavior happens on Element Entries of SSHR, the new name has been created and then this would cause the same transaction id created.
Even when accessing browser (Ex: creating new tab, copying URL and pasting the URL in new tab) again on Element Entries of SSHR, the new name should not been created to avoid the same transaction id created.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Set up the system profile
Responsibility: System Administrator
(N) Profile -> System
HR:Auto Batch Naming in Self Service set as Yes
- Use below
Responsibility:Manager Self Service
(N) Element Entries
- Click the button "Create Batch"
- Auto-Create as below
- Click the button Next
- Unexpected behavior happens(white or blank page comes) and then copy the URL and then create another tab and past it.
- The new batch name has been created and this would cause the same transaction id created.
