The Application Is Allowing The Users To Update The End Date Of An Expired Line

Symptoms

The application is allowing the user to Open an Active Contract for update and to manually update the End Dates of the Lines and Sublines, but does not make these lines Active.

Running the Contracts Status Change by Contract also does not change the Expired lines to Active.
