Symptoms
When attempting to use Rapid Order Release, the following error occurs.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access OTM
2. Navigate to Order Management, Order Release, Rapid Order Release
3. Add the Order Configuration: SHIP_UNITS and locations and Save
The above error appears.
