Will Relationship Party Name be Updated when Changing the Person / Organization Party Name via TCA API? (Doc ID 2392158.1)

Goal

The company name changes, you use TCA API to update the Party Name in HZ_PARTIES table for the party, will the party name updated for all the relationships defined with that company as well?
If a person got married and changed last name, will the party name updated for all the relationship defined with that person?
