On :  12.1.3 version, Canadian Payroll Reports

When attempting to Submit the Year End Employee T4 PDF for two employees the following error occurs.

Cause:        an oracle error has occurred.  The failure was reported on the message level = F,F payroll_id text = 0 source_id text = 8,10186369

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit the Year End Pre Processor (YEPP) for the Government Reporting Entity (GRE)

2. Check the log file of the YEPP (no error)

3. Submit the Single Request of >  T-4 PDF for individual employee

4. Observe the error
