Symptoms

You have installed the patch for <Bug 25177299> FP 6.3.6.1-6.4.1.1:SHIPMENT STOP SCREEN DOESN'T CONVERT TIMEZONE PROPERLY WHEN

There is still an issue: the Shipment Stop screen does not convert time zones properly when the date field is blank initially. This is seen in fields added to the screenset.
