Symptoms
E-Business Suite R12 User Management, Workflow and Business Events Forgot Password related issues
When a user is end-dated, it is still possible to reset the associated password by selecting the Forgot Password link on the homepage.
This should not be allowed to happen, but checking the base tables the password is reset for the end-dated user.
If the user is still with the company and has an active email address, after selecting the Forgot password link the end-dated user receives a reset URL in an email notification.
While the user cannot login because they are end-dated - the password is actually reset as seen in wf_local_roles table.
Issue happens with $FND_TOP/patch/115/import/US/ UMXLHELP.wft 120.6
