Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Reports - PO and RCV

When attempting to run Uninvoiced Receipts Report,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

1-(30) : ORA-31061: XDB error: special char to escaped char conversion failed. in Package CST_UninvoicedReceipts_PVT Procedure Generate_XML


Steps to reproduce:

1. Responsibility: Purchasing

2. Navigate to:  Reports > Run

3. LOV = Uninvoiced Receipts Report
