Move Order Pick Slip Destination Locator Not Using Directed Put Away (Doc ID 2394143.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Material Move Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Move Order Pick Slip report always seems to be setting the destination locator to the first locator in the subinventory it can find, instead of using the Item Transaction Defaults setting to determine the destination locator.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Move Order Pick slip would specify the Destination locators, based on the setup in either the Item Transaction Defaults or the Item / Subinventory setup.

STEPS
-----------------------
Run the Move Order Pick Slip report to process Replenishment move orders.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, when running the Move Order Pick Slip with auto-allocate items, the report appears to assign the first locator in the subinventory as the destination for all items on the move order.
