Symptoms

On 12.2.5 version, Installation Issues
User failed to be authenticated while generating WSDL through SOA Integrated Gateway using <ASADMIN> credentials following this document for "Installing Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1311068.1)" and it's Section 6: Validating Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway Setup for SOAP Services:
 
ERROR
"Exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: IREP_SOA_PROV_ACC_EXCEP. Tokens: EXC_MSG = oracle.apps.fnd.isg.mgmt.common.error.ISGManagementException: java.lang.SecurityException: User failed to be authenticated.; ACTION = GENERATE; ' occurred when attempting to perform 'GENERATE'. Please view Log/Error details for more information"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generating WSDL through SOA Integrated Gateway using ASADMIN.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate WSDL's.
