On : 12.1.3 version, Flexfield Issues
When attempting to update/insert special info for employee, in special Information Type (SIT), the following error occurs.
APP-FND-01564: Oracle error 14345 in fdlget
Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A truncation or null fetch error occurred

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Global HRMS responsibility -> People - Special Info
2. While fetching the value from the LOV of SIT Segment "Actioned by", the above error occurs:
