Symptoms
In BI Publisher 11.1.1.9.x images are not displayed in the BI publisher report (Email generated using bursting)
Added image under the default images directory:
Oracle_BI1/bifoundation/web/app/res/s_blafp/images/logo.png
Referred to the image using:
fmap: images/logo.png
Image is displayed in PDF output but not in html or Email
