R12: GL AME Journal Approval Is Getting Error "No Approver Was Found To Approve Your Journal Batch". (Doc ID 2395351.1)

When the user approves the Journal batch the Journal approval is in process and the user gets a notification saying that No approver was found.


No approver was found to approve your journal batch

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Navigate to Journals -->Enter
3. Query for the journal and Click on Approve Button.
