Canceled Internal Requisition Did Not Release Material Back to Inventory, How Do We Uncancel The Internal Requision/Lines To Correct? (Doc ID 2395654.1)

Symptoms

An Internal Requisition was canceled after the corresponding Internal sales order was shipped. After canceling, the material was not released back to Inventory.
The Supply/Demand Details still shows an Intransit Receipt for the quantity.

Error
RVTII-077: ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

Steps
1. Inventory > Receiving > Receipts
2. Enter the Requisition number > Select the line, enter the details > Save > See error.
