Symptoms

Attempting to CREATE Bank and Bank Branch. Receive the following error when attempting to define Branch: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

  1. From a Cash Management Responsibility
  2. Setup/Bank Accounts
  3. Find the bank and click on Create button
