Unable To Add Field With Grid “ Customize Grid Section: Select Line” Of Order Release Manager Layout (Doc ID 2397474.1)

Symptoms

With regard to ORDER_RELEASE manager layout on ship unit tab when customize ship unit grid is accessed and try to customize the grid section for Lines so as to add a field, application does not allow to make the modification. Nothing happens after clicking on Add field
This is specific to "Add Field" with grid “ Customize Grid Section: Select Line” of Order Release Manager Layout


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configuration and Administration>>User Configuration>>Manager Layout>>Search ORDER_RELEASE manager layout>>Copy the manager layout from results screen>>Go to details page>>Go to Ship Unit tab>> Click Customize for ship unit grid>>Scroll below and click Customize Grid Section: Select Line”>>Add Field

2. Nothing happens after clicking on Add field
