Secondary Charge Rule Doesn't Show Correct Quantity Type (Doc ID 2398874.1)

Symptoms

After editing quantity type as RECEIVED, when you open the same rule in VIEW window, it shows quantity type as received correctly. but in EDIT window it shows planned type as PLANNED. At Database level, it looks correct.
