R12: AP: "APP-SQLAP-97734" Error Occurs When Clicking All Distribution Button in Invoice Workbench (Doc ID 2399339.1)

Symptoms

When clicking "All Distributions" button for an invoice in the Invoice Workbench (APXINWKB.fmb), the following error occurs:

APP-SQLAP-97734: The system cannot generate distributions for line 5 because &TOKEN2

The invoice has been imported and the problem line 5 is a non-match item line.

The diagnostic script ap_gdf_detect_pkg.sql (Doc ID 1360390.1) detected no related data issues.

There is only "Could not Generate the Taxable Distributions" in the debug log as below:
