R12 Post Upgrade: 11i Reconciled Treasury Bank Statement Lines Cannot Be Unreconciled In R12.2

Symptoms

Treasury Bank statement lines that were already reconciled in 11i cannot be unreconciled in R12.2.5.

When the "Reconciled" button is clicked, error message is displayed.

ERROR

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

This specifically happens for Treasury reconciled lines.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cash Management : Bank Statements : Bank Statements and Reconciliation
2. Search for Statement
3. Click Lines
4. Look for statement lines that were reconciled against Treasury
5. Click Reconciled button.
6. After clicking OK button the blank screen appears as shown below:
FRM-40350 QUERY CAUSED NO RECORDS TO BE RETRIEVED

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find reconciled transaction to unreconcile when needed.
