E-Business Suite Applications Management Pack, Other Issues

Preferred Credentials validation fails for Oracle E-Business Suite target in Applications Management Pack (AMP) EM version is 13.2 and AMP version is

The following patching and setup was completed on the instance prior to the issue:

1. Applied <Patch 25858637> - OMS : E-BUSINESS SUITE PLUGIN and <Patch 26727103> on top of E-BUSINESS SUITE PLUGIN BP1 <Patch 25858637>.

2. Discovered an EBS 12.1.3 Instance with <Patch 25982921> and <Patch 27377054> already installed on the system.

3. The administrator assigned the "LCM_EM_CLIENT" responsibility to the "sysadmin" user in User Management.

4. OMS <Patch 25826960> was applied to the instance.


After the above, the below steps result in an error during validation of preferred credentials for Oracle E-Business Suite target:

  A. Create a name credential with type "EBS Application Login".
  B. Click "Save and Test".
  C. Following error is received:
