On : 12.2.6 version, Installation Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Post Clone step for repointing the ISG WSDLs not working.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After running the postclone script,ISG WSDL url should point to target(cloned instance)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to cloned application tier.

2. Run the Postclone script ant -f <JAVA_TOP>/oracle/apps/fnd/isg/ant/isgDesigner.xml -Dactions=postclone -Dverbose=ON

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete ISG setup on clone instance
