Symptoms
After applying patch 27220368, the HTTP Response Code the access_log of 400 is incorrectly sent.
"GET /GC3/glog.webserver.servlet.umt.Login HTTP/1.1" 400"
This can have an adverse impact on clients that use the login URL for automated monitoring since the expected response is 200, monitoring tools may report the instance is down when it is available for use.
