While using voluntary Termination function getting the following


ERROR

Only one pending Concurrent Request is allowed for ARHDQMSS at any given time.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager Self Service> Voluntary termination page
2. Error is seen
