International Payroll Archive does not Archive Bank Key Flexfields Segments Correctly

On : 12.2.7 version, Core Payroll - General
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7 , International Payroll Archiver Process is updating the incorrect segment values at "EMPLOYEE NET PAY DISTRIBUTION" category.
it updated segment 4 with value of segment 5
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

expected segments archived should be the same as the segments enables in bank keyflexifeld .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.enabled 5 segments in "Bank Details KeyFlexField" KFF as per business requirement and Segment1,2,3,5&6 being enabled for bank Transfer Pay method .
2. run Payroll archive international , segment 4 is updated even there is no segment 4 enabled in bank key flexfield .
