Cannot AutoCreate Requisition Into PO When Emergency PO Has Been Cancelled

On : 12.2.5 version, Purchase Order
When attempting to autocreate a requisition, for which an emergency PO has been cancelled, into a purchase order, the following error occurs:
This document already exists. Please choose the Add To document Action to add to this document.
And when attempting to add to, the following error is raised:
This document does not exist. Please choose the Create document Action to create a new document.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition in iProcurement and while doing so, check "I need a purchase order number immediately".
2. After approving the requisition, navigate to AutoCreate and autocreate the requisition into a purchase order.
3. Approve the PO.
4. Then cancel the emergency PO by choosing Tools > Control > Cancel PO.
5. Then navigate to AutoCreate and attempt to autocreate the requisition into a PO again. At this moment the above mentioned error is raised.
