On : 12.1.3 version, People Management
While trying to add cost center against a person, error is being encountered

APP-PER-06645: This operation will cause duplicate Costing Data to be Created
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to HRMS Responsibility -> People -> Enter & Maintain -> Query the Employee ->
2.Click on Assignment button -> Click on Others button -> Select Costing from the LOV ->
3.Assign a particular cost code to the employee -> Getting Error while saving.
