Discrete Jobs Are Not Getting Created And Remain In Pending In WIP Interface. (Doc ID 2404544.1)

Symptoms

On WIP - Work in Process, 12.0.4 version, Job Interface - WIP Mass Load

When attempting to execute the autocreate final assembly request for an ATO item, the following error occurs.

AFAS and MSC sourced work orders are stuck in pending in WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE and are not getting processed.

WIP Mass Load is not picking up any records from the interface.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Work In Process (WIP)
2. Navigation = Discrete-> Autocreate Final assembly
3. Error
