Order Movements Do Not Consolidate Into A Single Shipment (Doc ID 2404870.1)

It is observed that two order movements cannot be consolidated into a single shipment.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Order Movements >>Do a Bulk Plan

2. Two Shipments are built (instead of 1 as expected)
