Cannot Create Non-Catalog Request Page No longer Active (Doc ID 2405360.1)

Symptoms

On Release 12.2.7 version, Catalog Shopping

When attempting to Create a Non Catalog Request and Search for a Category the following error occurs.

ERROR:
You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
The Referring page may have come from a previous session. Please Select Home to proceed.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility: iProcurement: 
3. Navigate to Home page / Shop tab
4. Choose Sub Menu: Non-Catalog Request and proceed to Create NCR Non-Catalog Request
5. Select Item Type: "Goods I can provide Description, Item Price and Quantity"
6. Enter: Item Description: ABC Test
7. Enter Category: % and click the Magnifier Glass to search
- Receive Error: You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
     The Referring page may have come from a previous session. Please Select Home to proceed.

OR

On Release 12.2.7 version, Catalog Shopping

Non-Catalog form issue and toolbar not coming in the bottom side in Oracle iProcument module

1. Navigate to iprocurement page

Non-Catalog Request
click on category field :
