R12.2:Error When Trying To Update Supplier Bank Account (Doc ID 2406181.1)

Goal

The API(IBY_EXT_BANKACCT_PUB.update_ext_bank_acct) is used to end date a Supplier Bank Account and after it is completed the following error is returned when updated another Supplier Bank Account:
