On : 12 version, Customers Module, Customer Interface Error: Customer Interface (RACUST) Raises Error: Failed On A Commit In Main.
Then Gather Schema Statistics fails with unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP

STEPS.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Customer Interface.  It fails on a Commit to Main.
2. Gather Schema Statistics fails with unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP.

Due to this issue, Customer Interface (RACUST) does not complete successfully and Gather Schema Statistics does not complete.
