Tax scale is automatically updated when changing "Include Leave Loading" in the PUI (Assignment form - Statutory Information tab).
Tax Scale is shown in either of the following forms.
(N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Assignment > (B) Declaration > Tax Scale field
"Entry Values" form
(N) People > Enter and Maintain > (B) Assignment > (B) Entries > Select element "Tax Information" and click "Entry values" > Tax Scale field
