Symptoms
E-Business Suite Applications Technology Stack, AutoConfig Engine related issues
Autoconfig fails after TLS1.2 upgrade in EBS 12.1.3, or after any deletion / corruption of a system-jazn-data.xml file.
When upgrading the TLS from version 1.0 to 1.2, the initial run of Autoconfig was fine but the second run fails with the following error:

AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:

In the autoconfig log the following failure is reported:
