Can Not Use "View and Update" Icon on Assigment Set Name over 30 character of Manage Assignment Set (Doc ID 2410580.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When accessing "Manage Assignment Set" and use the icon "View and Update" on Assignment Set Name which is over 30 character , the following error occurs.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

value too large for column "HR"."PAY_BATCH_HEADERS"."BATCH_NAME" (actual: 36,
maximum: 30)

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Accesss Manage Assignment Set
  2. Search assignment set whose name is over 30 character
  3. Click the icon of "View and Update"
  4. The error occurs
