Symptoms
On 12.2.5 version: FSClone failing with [ERROR] AdopValidate failed or is incomplete on Admin node:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on Application Tier and Source Environment
2. Run adop phase = fs_clone
