In Purchasing when creating a Purchase Order (PO) using forms or Autocreate, when saving to generate po number .. page going into error.
This can also occur when a Change Request is accepted against a Purchase Order

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Purchasing responsibility, create a PO using Purchase Order forms or Autocreate forms
2. Save the PO
3. Error occurs
