Is it Possible to Have Two Charts Of Account Under One Business Group In HR?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
As a business requirement, there are two Legal Entities and one Operating Unit for each Legal Entity and one Chart of Accounts (COA) for each Operating Unit.
When entering the payroll costing information on the organization level (HR Organization Classification) the list of values (LOV) only contains the accounts from one of the COA, which is the one linked to the Business Group.
Is there any way at the time of entering the costing information to the organization to choose which COA to use?
