On : 12.1.3 version, Customer Search

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an external user searches for customers that have multiple sites, the Access Denied error is given.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to search for the customer since the external user has access.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iReceivables Account Management responsibility
2. Search for customers with multiple sites
3. Get the Access Denied

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, external users cannot search for their customers.
