When attempting to download to Spreadsheet, the following error occurs.

Your document could not be created.
Please contact your support representative


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Compensation Workbench Administrators.
2. Go to the task.
3. Go to Options > Download to Spreadsheet.
Error occurs.
