Symptoms

When attempting to insert or update a price list line, the following error occurs.

ERROR
The effective dates for a price list line overlap with another line having
effective start date = 11-JUN-18 and end date = (blank). Within a price list,
two price list lines with matching product, UOM, and pricing attributes cannot
have overlapping effective dates.



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Price Lists > Price List Setup
3. Enter a new price list line. Save.
4. Error above is shown.
