Custom Remark Field Data Not Sent From Rapid Order Release To Order Release

Symptoms
Rapid Order Release screen is customized such that there is an addition of remark qualifier(special instructions) on the line item grid section of the layout
Data entered on that field is not flowing to order release line remarks when order has been successfully created from rapid order release page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management>>Rapid Order Release page
2. Enter custom remarks on line grid and create order
3. Details not propagated to the order release line
