Voucher Outbound TransmisisonXML Does Not Contain Release Header section (Doc ID 2414365.1)

Symptoms

The Outbound Voucher transmission does not include the <ReleaseHeader> although the path (Voucher/Payment/ChildPayments/Billing/Shipment/Release/ReleaseHeader/*) is included in the Out XML Profile associated to the External System.
